During my career, I have the opportunity to serve in different positions both in international and national programmes:
Director, Atmospheric Chemistry Laboratory
Former Senior Adviser of the Minister of Environment
Responsible for Agenda 21 Implementation
Co-Chair Scientific Assessment Panel for the Montreal Protocol and the Vienna
Past Chair for the World Bank Carbon Finance Steering Committee
Former Chair of the Consultative Group Expert (CGE) on Climate Change
Lead Author and Lead Reviewer for AI GHG Inventories
We perform training courses for NGOs, Journalists and Traditional Rulers focused on the main global, regional and national environmental problems.
I have been involved in several workshops and participated in trainings on national communications mainly the use of the UNFCCC, IPCC, UNEP guidelines for GHG inventories, mitigation studies and vulnerability and adaptation assessment. I have participated in the three reviews for Annex I National Communications: In Depth Review (IDR), Centralized Review and Desk Review.
I have conducted and directed several works and memories on GHG inventories.
