Scott Evans is Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Clean Air Engineering and National Practice Leader for Greenhouse Gas Services. He consults with clients primarily in North America and the Middle East on compliance and air monitoring issues. He also heads up Clean Air Engineering’s Consulting Group which provides permitting, emission inventory, and environmental strategic planning services.
Scott is also Chair of the Stack Testing Accreditation Council (STAC) which provides accreditation for air emission testing companies as required under EPA’s Part 75 rules beginning next year.
Scott has over 23 years experience in the air pollution field and is active in ASTM, AWMA, the Source Evaluation Society as well as other industry organizations.
